Can I add a product to my order?
Unfortunately, neither us or you, can edit your order manually after the order process is completed. If you like, we can cancel your order for you and you can complete a new one.

Where can I redeem my discount during the order process?
Once you click “checkout” you will have the option to put the code in. If you want to pay with PayPal, you can still choose this as a payment method. If you choose the “PayPay Express” option instead of “checkout” you will not be prompted for discount code.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
Only one discount can be used per checkout.

I live in Berlin too! Can I pick up my order in store?
Of course! We would love to see you and show you around our store.
Just drop us an email via service@lovelydaybotanicals.com and tell us not to ship your order.

What are the shop’s opening hours?
Monday - Friday 11 - 18.00
Saturday 12 - 19.00

When will my order be shipped?
We pack and ship orders Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. With the exception of public holidays, of course.

How long will it take to get my products?

My packages always smell so good! What is the aroma you use?

We use aromatic oils created by our Founder, Josephine. They vary from time to time and are not available to purchase.

 

REFUND & RETURNS


How do I return products that I don't want?
If you have not used the product, you can contact our customer service team and we will send you a return label. We will complete the refund after we received your return.

I had a bad reaction to a product. Can I return it and get a refund?
If you have a very sensitive type, we recommend using our sample service first. This is a great way to see if the product agrees with your skin before you buy a full size. If you suffer from an allergy, please contact customer service immediately and stop using the product that causes your skin to react.

Are the products you sell cruelty-free? Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, definitely! All of our products are bunny certified, cruelty-free. When it comes to choosing other brands for our shop, we only chose brands who’s principals align with our own. This means all products we sell are cruelty-free. 

Is everything that you sell really natural?
All brands we sell are cruelty-free and use naturally derived ingredients. Some products, like our nail polishes for example, do contain some chemical compounds. However, we always choose the best possible brand for you, the planet, and the animals we share it with.
